Make it a Cup Day to remember with a seafood tower built for the occasion. Our Seafood Mix Grill is stacked two tiers high and loaded with all the good stuff, perfect for sharing with your Cup crew while the field charges home.
The top tier features golden battered fish, crispy-skin salmon, crispy calamari, prawns and smoked salmon, finished with fresh lemon and a creamy dipping sauce. Below, you’ll find golden chips and a fresh garden salad, with tartare and aioli on the side.
Pair it with the Melbourne Cup live and loud on the big screen and you’ve got the best seat in the house for the race that stops the nation.
